389-console software package provides 389 Management Console, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install 389-console
389-console is installed in your system.
Make ensure the 389-console package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep 389-console *
You will get with 389-console package name, version, architecture and description in a table
